A shop devoted entirely to angels, at the foot of the Sacré-Cœur. Brigitte de Cuyper opened it in 1996, and she still runs it. Step inside and you’ll find angels everywhere, on the walls and up on the ceiling. Customers call it a hidden gem.

What you’ll find
Angels of every kind: cherubs and putti, angel musicians and choir angels, wall angels and angel heads, angels gilded by hand. Cameo jewellery, pendants and medals. Postcards, lenticular cards, prints, posters and calendars. Incense and room fragrance: the Encens des Anges and the Senteur d’Ange. Candle holders, lamps, wall plaques, linen, stationery, books about angels and card decks. And anges quêteurs, the traditional French collection-box angels, from the Bacci house in Tours.
Looking for a gift? There are angels for a birth, a christening, a first communion, a wedding, Valentine’s Day or Christmas. Customers say there is something for every budget, and every gift is wrapped with love.
Made in our atelier
Part of what you’ll see is made right here, in our atelier. Figurines are cast on the premises, from moulds that come from England and Northern Europe, then painted, patinated and polished by hand. Some are gilded by hand too. Our cameo jewellery is made here and nowhere else, in eight colours, and so are our guardian-angel bracelets.
The shop even exists in miniature: 1:12 scale models reproduce it, along with a music box made in its image. Customers call our angels hand-crafted. They are.
